Dear Dr. Murthy,
Thank you. I am a bit fine. Actually, as I was having a lot of itching, I experimented with myself and stopped sitting in the water since Sunday and I think it has worked. The itching is much much less than before. But constant is there, though the magnitude is a bit less but the pain is there. I just want to know how long will it take the pain to go. Further, if I press the snag pile outside the anus, it pains. Kindly advise, how long will it take to completely cure off.

Dr. Murthy, One more thing, the Collinsonia Q which I have bought is from one Roy and Company. I hope its the right and genuine one. further, somebody has advised me to take Green Peach in the evening. I have started taking them and they are working like a laxative. Should I continue to take them. I take about 5 pieces in the evening.

Any natural product you take that is fibrous is good for you.
You have to continue collinsonia for a long time. You will see gradual relief over a period of a few months.
The reliability of mother tinctures in general is o.k.
However, when you buy next time,go for a reputed brand.
It is enough if you give fortnightly reports. However, in case you feel the need, you are welcome to post here any time.

Dear Mr.Murthy,
I have been suffering with pilesfor the last 3-4 years, but the symptoms used to be very intermittent. However, over the last 6 months it has got aggravated.During this time I have tried various Homeopathic medicines.
Currently I am having Witch Hazel (Hamamelis) 0/6 (4 dissolved globules in 125 ml of water) once a day, Paeonia 200 once a day and Millefolium Mother Tincture at bed time. Inspite of this, I have had bleeding during passing stool. This morning also I had bleeding and have taken Hamamilis Mother Tincture.
Would be grateful if you please advice on the correct coiurse of medication.

Piles/Fissure when stops bleeding but are very painful and hanging down with sharp pricking in rectum.
I beleive this is the symptom in your case.
If it is then - 'Nitric Acid 30' 4 pills three times a day for three days and report.
If there is difference in my understanding and your problem then also contact.

I think Dr. Rajendra anticipated my symptoms exactly. Yea, a pile is hanging down with sharp pricking. Whenever I press it, it pains a lot. Otherwise, normal after stool pain is there. Normally, whenever I have normal stools, then the pain is very less but if the bowel movement is not smooth, I have comparatively more pain. Kindly advise.

Earlier you said you were diagnosed with a fissure. Are there haemorroids too?
Is it a single one, hanging down?
Does it pain when you wipe your anus after stool?
Did you observe whether you get relief in the pain either with cold water or hot water?
Try both cold water and hot water and let us know.

I must say I am feeling better than before. The postion is better than what it was when we had started the treatment. Better because the pain is comparatively less than before but constant pain is there. As I wrote earlier, if I dont have smooth bowel movement, I have more pain but otherwise, I have comparatively less pain. yes, it pains when I wipe out after stool. The doctor had diagnosed it as a fissure. But some pricking thing is there. I can put it in also and bring it out. That pains a lot. From top to its base, it pains. There is no pain anywhere else. About the hot and cold water I will try both and let you know. Thank you very much.

I will try. In the meantime, I had an appointment with my specialist today. He again diagnosed the problem as fissure. I told him then what is it that is coming out. He says that is not a pile that is only a part of the fissure. He has advised me to go for a surgery. I asked him whether there is any diff. in the fissure he saw today and the fissure he saw earlier, he said no. But I think he sees lots of patients daily, he wont remember the previous picture. He has given me a cream to apply and told me to take some laxative daily.
