Please read my posts on the breathing exercises called as Anulom Vilom Pranayam and Kapalbhati Pranayam by following the links given below. Please practise these pranayams regularly for half an hour preferably in a garden early in the morning. You may practise at any other convinient time. The only restriction that you have to follow is not to do these exercises within 4 hours after meals. You can have meals not within 15 minutes after finishing these exercises.

Dear Dr. Kadwa,

I am sorry as I am not residing in India as I could not find the medicines prescribed by you locally, I requested one of my friend who was going to India to buy the medicines fo me. However, he brought the Calcarea Fluorica 12X for me instread of 6x and Sulphur 200 (the word C as prescribed by you is not written on the medicine) So I now have Sulphur 200 and not Sulphur 200C (I hope they both are same medicines) and I have Calcarea Fluorica 12X and no 6X. Kindly advise whether I should start these medicines or should I order a new one and if I have to take these medicines should I change the doses or the doses remains the same. Thanks

Sulphur 200 is same as Sulphur 200c. Calc Flour 12x can be used instead of Calc Flour 6x. So please start the treatment and report back.

Dear Sir, I am suffering from minor pilesfor 15 days now. 3 times attacked of piles my life. Last year,my Allopathy Doctor treatment two months and I did prevent fully and then shifted Homeopathy. I Completed Course Nox vome- M2,M3,M4,M5,M6, and Sulpher-M2,M3,M4,M5,M6, Daily Morning & Night. I had thought fully remove piles of my life. But again attack. Now allopathy treatment and with homeopathy treatment starting. Homeopathy Medicine: Aesculs Hip-6, 3drop daily twice, Collinsonia-6, 3drop daily twice step by step. Sulphur 30 at morning without cleaning your mouth and nux vomica 30 b4 1 hour of your dinner can solve your problem.Dont take Collonsia Q.If you feel pain after bowel movement then you can take only a single dose of Acid mur 200.Keeping off all the medicines.You can take Graphites 200 single dose after a week by suspending all the medicine for that day.Drink sufficient water at least 3 liter par day alongwith fiberd vegitables sufficiently in order to keep bowel movement natuarlly.Hope to see you normal in a few days.Thanks,malaker

The prime remedies in homeopathy for pilesare-
Nux Vomica
Sulphur
Graphites
Nitric Acid

Other remedies could be arrived at on the basis of totality of symptoms. In your case there is nothing on the basis of which any well indicated remedy could be suggested.

A homeo remedy is a stimulation to the vital force, there is no need to repeat it daily. The problem in homeopathy is about working out the right remedy and it is not about how much you are repeating it.

Dr Haran may be talking to you and not to another person. He appears in your thread earlier also. Nitric Acid has worked for you in the past, so just give it a chance. If it doesn't work you may follow Dr.Haran.

piles and hemorrhoids are derived from Latin and Greek. Hemorrhoids are dilated veins on or within the anus between the body's two venous systems; the body-wide or systemic network and the portal venous system that drains the viscera the porta or gate to the liver.

I must point out that Sulphur and Nux vomica are good if there is presence of psoric miasm in the system.

Nitric Acid is good if there is a predominance of Sycosis miasm. An important symptom of Nitric Acid is: frequent persperation of hands and feet.
There is Anal fissure.

The mind of a Nitrc Acid patient is hateful, vengeful, has guilt feelings , obstinacy, irritability, thoughts of suspicion etc.

There is constipation and sluggishness of the entire system. Piles could be present.

Dear Dr. Kadwa,

I had taken Nitric Acid 200 one dose and then I didnt take any medicine since then. However, somebody had suggested me to use Sqauch style toilette and it will help you. I immediately using the squach style toillette and it has really helped me a lot. However, the pile remains as it is but now the pain is much much less. Only one or two days when the stool is not good, it pains a lot otherwise, there is very less pain. However, to be able to totally get rid of the pile i need your advice now. Kindly suggest a medcine to get me rid of pile. thanks

Nitric Acid has helped you in the past. It may be your constitutional remedy. You may take another dose of Nitric Acid 200 in future if your symptoms worsen. You may also take a single dose of Thuja 200c now or somewhere in future. In my opinion it should help you.

day 1 to day 7
Please take one dose of Hamamellis 30c in the morning and in the afternoon. So it is twice a day.

Please take one dose of Nux Vomica 200c at bed time.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

You may continue with bc 17. There should be a gap of 1 hours between bc 17 and the medicines suggested above.

If there is no substantial relief within few days, you may take Sulphur 200 instead of Nux Vomica 200.

Reference my pilesproblem. I had taken the medicines prescribed last year by Dr. Kadwa. The medicines were very effective. The pain had gone done considerably. However, one small hemorrhoid is still there at the corner of the anus. While most of the days it does not trouble much apart from some itching only, some days it gives me a feeling of chillies being applied there. I shall be grateful if someone can prescribe some medicines to get me rid of this hemorrhoid also.

I want to add that I think the medicines Sulphur 200c and Calc Flour 12x had helped me a lot. I am not sure. The pain had really gone down considerably but the pile still remains. Pl.advise.
