Thank you. I sat in the cold water yesterday night and today morning. The pain today is a bit severe than the other days. I will shift to Warm Water today and let you know.

Mix 2 drops in about 15 ml. of water and stir 10 times and take the complete 15 ml. as a dose.
when you take the next dose, mix 2 drops in 15 ml. of water, and stir with a spoon say 15 times.
Stir the next dose 20 times, the fourth dose 25 times, the fifth dose 30 times..etc.

I have now taken Nitric Acid 30 (2 drops in 15 ml. of water three times a day) for three days. I dont know whether there is any change in the situation. Maybe, its the same. Sometimes, I feel its better now but then I feel no the problem is there. I sat in the warm water and I found the I get more relief in warm water than in cold water. Kindly advice. I will continue Nitric Acid 30 till I get a reply.

I have now taken Nitric Acid for three more days. For two days I had very smooth stools and maybe thats why there was not much of a pain. But yesterday, the stools were not smooth thats why there was some pain. And the sharp pricking thing is still there. Kindly advise.

Dear Mr. Murthy, I am increasing the stirring progressively. But yes when I had started Nitric Acid 30, I had stopped Collinsonia Monther Tinture. Was it to be continued?

Continue collinsonia too along with nitric acid.
The mother tinctures won't affect the action of homeopathic potencies, and hence they can be taken together.
Collinsonia helps you in the following aspects.
Supporting blood vessel contractions and flow
Reducing irritation and inflammation of veins
Providing a tonic effect on weaken veins, capillaries, and tissue
Improving digestion
Helping to keep mucus membranes healthy
Give a gap of half an hour between the two.
Continue for a week and report.

I have now taken both Collinsonia and Nirtic Acid 30 for more than one week now. I cannot say that I am feeling completely cured of. The sharp pricking thing is still there. Of course, the pain is less. Nowadays I am having smooth stools thats why also the pain is much less. But if on a day I dont have smooth stool, I do feel pain. Kindly advise.

Try to observe what is making your stool hard occassionally.
It may be due to some types of food/insufficient intake of water etc.
Keep taking both Collinsonia and nitric acid as advised. It is very important that the stirring time is increased progressively.
Procure Nitric acid 200c and keep it on hand. We will review after a week and change to it, if necessary.
For the time being continue with nitric acid 30C.

Thank you Sir. My stool is not hard. Its just that if i go the toilet, I dont get full relief. But the stools are soft they are not hard as I am not taking anything that is making the stool hard. thank you Sir.

Exactly. it pains a lot on those days. The pain stays there till 3 to 4 PM. Of course, the present situation is not as bad as before but still constant pain is there though the magnitude is less. I must tell during the whole last week, the pain was very less and I though it is getting better now. But today again the pain has increased. I have procured Nitric Acid 200 also. Kindly advise.

Nitric acid 200C is the next potency in my mind too. That is why I asked to procure it.
Use it as advised later for a week and come back. Keep taking Collinsonia along with Nitric acid 200C.
Calc flour too is a good suggestion, but we will think of it a little later.
