Please accept my apologies for having confused your post with Gavini Murthy on the basis of your ID ' Bapu' which seemed familiar to me and which I mistook for his original ID 'Bandarababu' under which he was banned from the ABC many years ago and could not use it.
I failed to first click on your name to verify who the author is as I was livid when I first read your post where you referred to your first dose of Arnica causing some cervical pain which I considered impossible, and concluded that Gavini was up to his old tricks to discredit me again.
As you may be aware he has invariably attacked me on every post I make on the ABC and I had reached the breaking point which precipitated my outburst which in any case I had not meant for you.
All I seek to do is to help any patient who wishes to use a Hoeopathic remedy to help his/her ailment and Gavini invariably attacks me thereby causing me to waste my time in rebutting his inane attacks instead of using my time more positively in helping the patient.
You may like to know that Arnica in the Wet dose is absolutely safe in use but you will not see any immediate reduction of your BP levels in the manner you can expect with the standard drugs like Statins which are usually prescribed and which have been proved to cause more damage to the body than the disease itself. You can expect Arnica to reduce BP in about a month and It does so by clearing or filtering out the debris and Cholesterol in your blood and this causes your BP to come down.

I suggest that you consult with Dr.Praful Vijayakar. I have lot of respect for him.
I am sorry that I can't help you in a forum set up.
I believe that face to face consultation is a must in your case.

We can live together on this forum without animosity if you realise the following.
1) Everyone has a right to intervene in any thread and criticise any prescription/ suggest alternatives.
One has to defend his prescription without using depletives/ unnecessary rantings and leave it to the patient what to do.
2) Stop criticising classical homeopaths. They can treat even complex problems succesfully. You can suggest remedies only for about 5 or 6 problems based on your experince.
Keep doing so without giving the impression that your method is the only saviour and all others are useless.
3) Make briefer posts and to the point. You don't have to tell how great your pathy is on every post.
4) Lastly,understand that I am not your enemy. We differ in our perceptions regarding homeopathic matters. We can discuss them in a civilian way.

i have no hard feelings,i understand ur sentiments,but arnica has seldom helped me,i feel it slows down my digestion,and i feel some times bad breath,if you tell me the recovery path's milestones, i will try it.

dR.vijakar i have read about him and also seen his interview on tv,the problem is his appointment is min.6 months later ones you ask for it,also reaching his clinic takes min 2hrs form my resi. istead you can take your time and ask me some more if you feel,even then i feel it will be earlier this will also make you confident to treat withut seeing,see it is ultimately your heart(antaratma) that tells you the correct remedy,you know ghanti bajti hai brain mein and your dil confirms yes!!this is the remedy,treating ownself is very difficult, i think you will appreciate it.
at last congrats to both of you,i became the cause of your reconciliation,i knew mr.joe will realise it after all he is more than amatuered person,and more so is clean hearted,which is evident from his latest post.
god bless both of you,and your cordial relationship may be everlasting.

If you feel that Arnica 30c in the Wet dose did not agree with you I would suggest that you use the Split dose to let your body to get acclimatized to it at the commencement of your therapy before we use the Wet dose later.
I hope that you realize that no other Homeopath will prescribe Arnica 30c in the Wet dose for Hypertension as my therapy is based on my own research which has helped many patients to bring down their Blood pressure to normal levels. My own BP is a good example where at age 81 it has always been under the normal levels (120/80) with Pulse below 65. Lipid Profile at normal levels. I have used this same therapy for many patients and the majority have responded within about a month when their BP levels have started to climb down and stayed down as long as they took Arnica nightly before bed.
Many homeopaths have criticized me for my affinity to Arnica but after treating many cases which were considered as lost, my therapy has worked in a manner that has surprised not only these classical homeopaths but even me myself as I did not think that I could succeed when these others did not with their own therapies.
There are currently 2 cases on the ABC which I would like you to visit where the impossible was made possible with Arnica in some mysterious manner.
ROBERT RAY suffered from a stroke in 2002 helped in 5 days.

The Split dose is made as follows.
You will take a capful of the Wet dose from the bottle and dilute it in half cup of spring water from which you will sip 2 mouthfuls and discard the rest. You will take 2 doses daily and report your response. A fresh Split dose will be made each time. Remember that the water must not be chlorinated as this will antidote the Arnica instantly.
I shall copy instructions on making the Wet dose again to ensure that you follow my instructions precisely:
The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:
Order the remedy in a 5ml Ethanol pack also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard before you sip a capfull which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this shaking must be done every time before sipping a capful of the bottle which can be used as a dose.

I took one dose of arnica 30
i have lost appetite and lot of belching is taking place,pl. advice i plan to skip meals/dinner till i feel like eating is it o.k.

It seems to me that you suffer from some Gastric problem judging by your report of losing your appetite with chest pain and belching which incidentally has nothing to do with your dose of Arnica.
The remedy that will help you is Nat Phos 6x dose 3 tablets taken after each of 2 meals. This remedy will ensure that your food is passed down quickly from your stomach and thereby prevent the symptoms that you have listed.
Please report your response in 2 days after you start on Nat Phos.
