pregnant with a cold/ sinus infection

I am about 8 weeks pregnant and I can't breathe out of my nose. I have a headache and my ears stop up when I blow my nose a lot, which I have to do constantly. My glands are swollen but I don't really have a sore throat. I have a dry cough but not often. Lots of sneezing. Anybody have some remedy?
