2 year old full of a cold

Hi all

My 2 year old is really full of a cold. It has come on very suddenly, he has a high fever with cold hands and feet, runny nose, but also bunged up. Also very watery red eyes. He just looks really 'full of it',

Does anyone have any suggestions for a suitable remedy

Give him 3 doses of Aconitum Napellus 30C.
