homeopathy and dreams

I was just curious to know if dreams are of any significance in homeopathy.

I have recently been treated by my homeopath for perimenopausal symptoms (mainly morning anxiety and other emotional problems) with Lachesis.
While some of my physical symptoms seem a bit worse, my emotional state is much better and I have much better energy, and two nights after taking the remedy I had an interesting dream.

I dreamed that there were two small people wearing lab coats inside my body and they were standing in front of a large cupboard organizing my emotions and hormones into neat and tidy rows.
I took this to mean that things were being worked out and put back into balance in my body.

Could this have to do with the remedy, or was it just my fanciful imagination?
