Brain Fog

A month ago I was smoking marijuana and had a very paranoid trip. In the morning I woke up with a brain fog that has not gone away. It makes my vision seem like it's swimming and gives me frequent headaches in the front of my forehead.
I haven't smoked in a month. Please help!
