adeniods and cold

my son is 6 1/2 yr old.he is lately having problem of adeniods i.e fm last 1 yrs.he has regular cold and cough.he make noise while sleeping(open mouth).he also have tonsoils.have got checked with ent ,they says its minor enlargement of adeniods.can anyone suggest any madicies so that he can fight this problem.

please try your kid Calc. Phos-6x ( 2 grain per dose thrice a day) for 2 weeks and report.
