Anxiety and some depression
Hi:I have a quick question for any available (online) homeopathic doctor.
I am 36 years old with 2 kids - a sone who is nine a daughter who is 2. Around six weeks ago, I develeoped sudden anxiety (some death, growing old related and otherwise) and depression (inability to be happy - i.e. flat or a with a sense of hopelessness).
Prior to this I have always been very upbeat, positive and optimistic. In fact, I was always recognized for feeling happy easily though I am quick to angry and quicker to forgive.
Around two weeks ago, I consulted with a Homeopathic doctor in India (I am in Canada), who after discussing my case and all my sypmtons in detail prescribed me medicine that is to last for 4 months. I am not sure what he gave me but there was a period of 1 week of symptom aggravation, during which he asked me to add Kali Phos 6X (4 tablets twice daily) to my regiment.
My symptomatic aggravtion has now ended and I see some general improvement.
My two questions are:
1. I seem to be fixated with the concern over getting better permanenty and in spite improving cannot seem to get this worry out of my head (hence connecting with forums such as this). Will this stop as I get better?
2. Can homeopathic treatment permanently cure my sudden anxiety and depression. The though that I my have to face this problem for life is very worrying.
Would really appreciate a response.
