neck pain

last year i was low back patient.Now its fine. but some time i feel neck pain.
also have pain on my right palm due to frequent mouse use.Please help me out.

I am a sofware engineer.In college i haven't get placement though i was good student unser 10 and topper of 3rd sem. i have less mark in board.than one day i feel pain it remain abt 6 month.I applroached all medicine,physio,yoga,nothing in x ray.at that time i was sleepless.One day i have gotten job dec 2007.After that low back pain reduced to some extent, some time i feel it but its fine. NOW time i feel neck pain and palm pain.Room partners used to call me pain man.
Please help me
