Sore throat

I have had a sore throat for about three or four days with no accompanying symptoms (perhaps an occasional touch of stuffy nose, but that's something I often experience). The throat feels very cool inside, and doesn't really feel sore unless I yawn–when I yawn, it feels like I am stretching it all the way down to my collarbone (but inside, in the throat) and it begins to feel a bit sore. It just feels very strange, like a part of my throat has been frozen. I can feel the air pass through it, but it doesn't feel bad–it just feels strange and cold.

This came on after this horrible two-week illness that involved multiple bouts of fever, achy joints, dizziness, weakness, sore throat, alternating stuffy and runny nose, and an extremely phlegm-y cough. Could you give me a few different options (if possible) for this 'cold throat' so I can cross-reference them in remedy descriptions for mood, cravings, etc.? Thank you!
