blood sugar level is 135 ( after fasting )
160 normal

what is the suggested remedy.

please try SYZIGIUM JAMBOLANUM-Q some 10 drops with some water in empty stomach thrice a day for some days.

gradually reduce the dosage quantity and frequency.
