cold weather - stuffy nose and cough

Dear sir,

I am a allergic person from cold weather, whenever weather become little cold or if a heavy rain shower ( now weather is very much cold), I become a patient of Flu and stuffy nose and some times cough also appears. I am really tired from these things, can anybody suggest me good remedy. which can prevent me from cold weather.
