Last week I called my homeopathy whom I saw a few month ago, she prescribed me Ricinnus communis 30ch for drying up milk. Of course that I listened to her... I know that it colud be a big mistake taking medicines one after the other, but I was so sad and disapointed abaut everything which is connetcetd to nursing... contradictory suggestions, many different medicines... I decided to simplyfy the solution , if it wolud be the solution... I took Ric com 4 times a day... my doctor told me that I can continie with this 4-5 days...
And for my daughter suggested Pulsatilla 200(!) 3 times for 5-6 days, until she will sleep continously without awakenings and asking for milk.... Well... sincerely it seemed to me too much... maybe my Ricinus is too much too, but I don't risk her health. I thought that I will come here and maybe discussing we can stabilise the cantity which can be effective but not too much.
You werw asking abaut my job. I am psychologist, but for now, since my daughter was born I am not going to work, I am on maternity holyday. The only one problem with this is that I eagerly wait for going BACK! :)
I like very much housewife role also, but work is missing so much for me. Household working is somehow monoton for now, that's why irritation. Maybe this information shows other face of the whole picture...
Weaning would be important to happen because our little girl should go to nursery, and for all would be welcomed if we could sleep undisturbed.
in fact these awakening are not so exhausting in itself but for the need of nursing. Everybody in my environment enforce the belief and the hope that after weaning my child might sleep all over the night... This awakening now are for a few minutes, and then after nursing is asleep again and that's why fortunately is not so insupportable.
I detalied so uch, I hope is not a problem, but searched informations abaut Cocculus, I don't think that it matches for all this.
Recently I brought Herscu's book, abaut children constitution, Pulsatilla is more and more convincing for that might be te best choice for my girl.
You remember that I gave her already Pulsatilla 30 ch. Things stay for now in one place after some improvements. After she catched cold , in this period, her lips became herpetic. This drew my attention toward Natrum muriaticum also.
If you could enlighten me how to think in making differentiation when choosing, that it would be wellcome!!:)
For now I will stay with Ricinus. (After Sulph and Sepia....)

Frequent waking up at night (your daughter) ...suggests that she needs Sulphur too. Skin ailments also go away with Sulphur.
Children carry the constitutional taint that the parents have....so the same med works for both the parent and the child ..many times.
Cocculus was suggested for you...to even out the kinks caused by lack of proper sleep.

What dilution you suggest for Sulphur (for child)?
We had great resoults with Sulph already unless sleep were not solved. We used Sulph until 30 ch only. I was wondering what will happen if I wolud give her 200 ch? If your opinion is the same, how many drops, dry or wet form, and how many repetition?
What's new: she has sty on her left upper lid since 2 days. It could be from Pulsatilla?! (last dose was from 10 days) - or only appeared...

I forgot to mention: herpetic eruption on her lips after she got cold turned me to Nat mur, but which was strengten me in my doubt that after all she is Nat mur was that she has a crack on her lower lip, in the middle. Her father's constitition is seemengly to be Nat mur too.

And one more question: what can happen if I would take (of course after I will stop Ric comm) a higher potency of Sulph? Can cause much damage if won't be effective?! Nor a homeopathic medicine made me feel so godd after taking is, like Sulph.

Just give one dose of Sulphur 30 to your baby and then wait to see results.
Two pills in a teaspoon of water ....or one drop in a tea spoon of water....will be one dose for the child.

You can give Sulphur in lower potency, it will not give any harm to ur baby and the sulpher is booster the other medicine act better after it use.

I just have a rough idea that most of medicines used for the improvement of complexion have some negative effect on breast size (i.e. squeezing/reduction in size). Even Fragaria in raw form as I quote from MATERIA MEDICA By John Henry CLARKE, M.D. An infusion of the root is used for drying up the breasts in women who wish to wean their children; it diminishes the size of the breasts and dries up the milk.unquote!!!

I was gone for a week with my child, which was very good for both of us. Maybe the change of environment, maybe else caused that seh ask for nursing only at night before sleeping, and when she wake up at dawn. If I refuse her, and give only water in a glas, she drink a little, and fall asleep without problem!! This is a big-big progress!!!!!!!!! This last from aprox a week...
It's a very big progress, that after lunch, when she goes to bed, do not ask for breastmilk! I consider this a 'resource' for further progress! :) Maybe days, or not too much weeks are need to go to sleep nights without mother milk... :)
Well... in this case can that milk dry up....
I have to confess that I couldn't resist to Pulsatilla 200 giving her... This happend this Sunday, I gave her one dry dose. Her skin reacted at once, next day was red on that part where it was only dry...For today ameliorated a lot. I will watch and see.

Hi all!
Yesterday, (8 days after Pulsatilla 200), after lunch sleep, happened something 'unexpected'. My daughter was wakened with fever, hot head, red face, ear, which was red firstly in the left part, and then on the other. Pupils dilated, cried, and all body shivers, she wanted stay only in bed. I desperately gave her Belladona 9ch, and repeated the dose twice in one half hour. After one hour she went out from bed, fever became lover, and her modd became much better, then she played. In the evening her mood was quite good, temperature was a little bit upper, but not fever. At night she was again so hot, and gave her one more dose of Belladona. Morning, and all day was ok, without fever. During afternoon sleep she perspired a lot, and cried a lot in sleep, calling me. She can'not speak yet, but shoes me that she has pain in urethra zone. This was in the afternoon, when she waked up. Since then she did'nt shoes problem of urination, her mood seems a little tired, but playful, and NO fever. er throat is ok, as I saw.
What might be that??!! Is this possible after 8 days an aggravation?! (If it is, than it means that she had sometime an urinary problem which we didn't notice?!)
If this is an acute problem, which may be an urinary one, than was I proceeded well??

I've forget to say, that she had warts last year, after we went to termal pool. After Sulfur 30 it was gone, BUT! now it disappeared, but in this 9 days appeared one form this(?) warts!
Eczema started on her thigh, at 3 month age. Skin on her thigh on external part was dry, rough, and than red. Now reappeared , exactly on that parts, but in not so tough form, and not so big surface.

I imagine that a remedy acts like computer when scan viruses on harddisk..!!! And maybe during scaning shows virus history also.. :) Acut problems are 'temporary files'?! :)

by the way! How long works ('scan')a remedium like Pulsatilla 200? Or: what is the rule, how long can we wait until 'second' prescription? Is necessary to use a higher potency when we repeat the same remedium?? What is the risk if we repeat the same dilution?!
