Help me to reduce weight
Hi friends,I want ti loose my weight. I hate exercise. my weight is 95 kg. Pls help me to reduce weight by right medication

Hi! I too am in the battle for weight loss. And I tell ya..its an ongoing battle!! You have your ups and downs, your wins and losses. but one thing that I know for sure that you are not going to get it by using any special medication or surgery. In other words you have to change your mind thinking first, and second will be your eating habits. and third you have to be willing to exercise at least starting 15-20 mins a day. So your body can begin to burn more energy. I have a great weight loss plan if anyone is interested. (I made it up myself) no gimmicks!! Real and enjoyable food!!
