catarrh
I have suffered from catarrh for abt 3 years.It comes on in early morning always in the throat & gunge on my lips. My nose is blocked but I have no thick mucous their. During the day I have bouts of sneezing & sometimes an irritating cough which brings up no phlegm.I find I am continually clearing my throat which results in plegm coming up from the throat. It does not appear to be in my lungs. I also suffer from reflux which I am prescribed Lansoprazole 15mg.I was interested to read on the results of Bacillinum 200 but because of the reflux & a small hiatus hernia am a bit concerned that this is not the remedy for me. I have tried using a netti pot, steam inhalations, decongestant aromatherapy oil & various herbal remedies with no results.I will be grateful for any advice please. day 1 to day 3
Please take Nux Vomica 30c thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours.
One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.
day 4 to day 15
please take 1 pellet each of the following tissue salts thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours
natrum sulph 6x
natrum phos 6x
kali mur 6x
ferrum phos 6x
Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
Please report after 15 days.
You may phase out Lansoprazole 15mg if you get relief.

Thank you Kadwa. Will start as soon as I get the remedies. One question re dosage of Nux Vomica 30x. Do you mean 4 pills 3x day for 3 days. I have used homeopathic remedys so know the rules. Thanks will report to you in 15 days as you suggest. Woould be good to get off the lansoprazole if I can.

i have advised 30c not 30x. C is the higher potency and is the right potency in this case.

Hi Kadwa. I think I am having a reaction to the Nux Vomica which could be a good sign however thought I would ask your advice. It began on Monday evening after I had taken the last of the 1st day doses. I developed a pain in my right side Kidney area which lasted 1 1/2 days, no urilogical problem so not the kidney.I noticed the next morning that I was developing pain in both knees. Last night after I had taken the final dose my neck and shoulders became stiff and painful down to below the scapulars, it is still very stiff this morning. These areas of stiffness and pain are where I frequently have problems so my feeling is that the pills are causing a healing crisis. I am due to start taking the tissue salts today at 12 am BMT so what I am asking you is should I put it off for a day until things settle or should I carry on as you advised

Hi Kadwa.
I am now on my 15th day of taking the pills. I have followed your instructions but have had no improvement in the condition. All I can report is that the effect I have from a very small diverticular disease has cleared up.
