FatigueI would like some help with fatigue, I feel kinda tired most the time, although I get everything done that needs to be done at home and I work full time.
I started about 9 yrs ago, at that time my son was diagnosed with autism and I started prescriptions for migraines.
It is worse at work than at home. I get about the same amount of sleep
whether I stay home or go to work.

I stay cold, but don't think that is sensitive to it.
Sometimes I forget things (ex: go into a room and forget what for) and
sometimes it is hard for me to recall
words or things.
I avoid alot of foods for migraines (aspartame, MSG, nitrites, & raw onions) I'm also a picky eater.
migraines, I use to get migraines 1-2 times a week until I started oral progesterone and magnesium now I can go 1-4 months before getting a migraine. I'm having a really difficult time loosing 15 lbs. Weight is around my middle. Hypothryroid (taking levothroid for it)
Just recently I took homeopathic chionanthus virg q (migraines), calcarea carb (weight),& thyroidium per a recommendation from another forum.
