I feel if the liquid is MAZI (in urdu)(the transparent pasty liquid) then it is normal and no need for treatment.
OF MANI (white fluid) (Sperm) comes then only the treatment is reqd and i feel in such conditions sperm never comes out

jiryaane mazee is a human instinct, and every human has it.
Any normal male especially in very young age when sits closer to a girl or talks toa young girl he has jiryaane mazi and i think tryin to treat someting which is not a desease in homeopathy will produce unnecessarily new symptoms in human body which can even turn into non-curable symproms acc to Organon

How you think that, flow or secretion of prostatic fluid is not any problem? It is the worst problem for physical purity-- which is required for prayer; and physio-mental and spiritual peace and happiness. I think, the most happy and lucky person in this earth, who can-- (i) Do his/her own evacuation (urine and stool movement) by self, and (ii) Perform five time prayer in one cloth.
However, spermatorrhoea is called, if sperm is come out and make infertility. That means, if the patient unable to produce any child. But if sperm does not come out, only come out prostatic fluid (transparent liquid fluid), then it called Prostatorrhea.

alhamdulillah i offer 5 times salah and mazi (transparent fluid) comes to me at naturally needed occasions. I think i did not explain you propery or you did not get it right. I meant it is natural thing to come out when a young fellow talks to a beautiful lady or sits besides her or thinks of some sexual act.Even i had enquired this to a mufti sb as well. It is not a desease.
And what you are talking abt is 'Prostatorrhea' it is a deseased condition which acc to me is coming of of liquid in 1.excess and in 2. unnecessary case (without any of the above reasons).
Pls correct me if i am wrong . I would be happy to know more from you.
