HI.I am a 47 years old mele and the last 7 years i suffer from insomnia.I tried many herbs,meditation, gaba with no results.I tried nat.mur,sulfur and lyc. with litlle improvment.Sleep comes easily but after 3-4 hours i wake up and i cannot sleep again.I like chockolates,,hot foods and drinks.I have a lot of gas with or without abdominal distention,the dinner causes me stomachache the next day,onions causes me stomachache as well,my pespiration smels.I like small company,i like the sea and gym.I am a bit shy and introvert i expirience great difficulty talking to the public,my mind often dwell on past quarells and offensives i am anxius for coming events and extremely undecided.Thanks for any help

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take three doses of Thuja 200c at a gap of 4 hours for one day (not daily) and report back after 15 days.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Please read my posts on the breathing exercises called as Anulom Vilom Pranayam and Kapalbhati Pranayam by following the links given below. Please practise these pranayams regularly for half an hour preferably in a garden early in the morning. You may practise at any other convinient time. The only restriction that you have to follow is not to do these exercises within 4 hours after meals. You can have meals not within 15 minutes after finishing these exercises.
Please do Anulom Vilom Pranayam lying in the bed until you fall asleep.
