Insomnia

Hello, I have had problems falling asleep as long as I can remember. Caused by stress and unconscious anxiety I think. Sometimes I dont sleep at all during thé night. I have had stress years ago but that is over now. I dont have any problems in my life right now but thé insomnia stays. I also have sleep apnea and am very high sensitive. Im starting sleeping therapy soon but maybe homeopathy can support me. What would you suggest?
