Severe insomnia

I am a male. I bought bach flower remedy (rescue remedy) and passiflora complex (passiflora d3, avena d3, melissa d3, hypericum d3, sambucus d3), because just don't wanna take traditional medication and wanna switch to natural one. How to take them for the best results, please??:)
