Hi
Have been regularly using the home made silica for my wrist pain. Unfortunately there is no change in the pains. Its still the same.
Mr Joe had suggested to try Hypericum 200C in the split dose method, as he said it is not arthritis and it is Carpel Tunnel Syndrome.
I would give Hypericum a try.
Also have noticed that in cold water(while taking my bath) etc the pains are a bit less.
Pls advise.
Rgds...Mathew

Wrist pain is Carpel Tunnel syndrome. Are you a call center technician perhaps?
Keep your wrist straight, the main nerve is inflammed and irritated. It is best to apply ice in the beginning of the day, and in the evening soak your wrist in very warm water. I also suggest Tiger Balm.
Need to rest your wrist though, and let the inflammation subside.
