Mentals vs Heat/Cold

Could someone tell if the mentals of the patient matches but the temperature(heat/cold nature) of the remedy differs from that of the person how do we prescribe.

Say the drug is aggravated by heat but the person is aggravated by cold....and the mentals match.

Mentals overrule thermals. But it is better to ensure that the totality of symptoms points to the remedy that is indicated on the basis of mentals.

Totality of symptoms is determined by --
mentals
causative factors
time modalities
thermal modalities
physicals
sleep
sex

which includes:
mental generals
physical generals
perticulars
ailments from

but sometimes in acute cases thermals may change.. that time u can prescribed on the basis of present thermal state..
