3 week old with gas

Hello,
I would love some help. My 3 wk old has what i think are gas pains for the last few days. She is exclusively breastfeeding and gets fussy and wants to constantly feed in the evening hours. She seems to be relieved by passing gas and with gentle pressure to he abdomen. Rumbling in her belly is heard. She tightens her belly and pushes down all day long, even if she is not having a BM. Her BMs are yellow, seedy, no odor, but are slightly wetter since she has been fussy with gas. She grunts ALOT and tightens her belly, epecially at night when she is trying to fall asleep. She also arches her back. She doesnt really cry when she grunts. She seems like an otherwise healthy vibrant baby who sleeps alot. She doesnt spit up too muc - maybe 1-2x day and its a sm. amount.

I am wondering what remedy I can give her or take myself for her that might ease her discomfort?

Thank you!!!!
