Hi I am looking for help with loosing weight and controling my appitite. Exactly a year ago I weight 203 pounds and I started a unhealthy diet. I was drinking coffee for breakfast then for lunch eating a big bowl of salad then another coffee for dinner and about 5 litres of water a day and that was it I lost 50 pounds yeyyy but I believe it was a unhealthy diet. I stop the diet I gained 7 pounds back and I am constantly eating I cant control my self :( two weeks before my period I eat non stop and I am never full. I am on a yoyo diet now I try so hard not to eat for a day then the next day I am eating non stop this is my everyday life now. I crave salty then after eating the salty I crave sweets and it just goes back an forth. I am not exaggerating I just eat an eat. When i go on this unhealthy diet I can control my self but when I say thats enough no more dieting then I cant control it please help me. right now I weight 157 pounds, height 5'4'. I am 26 years old and a mother of 2. Thanks for your time I will be waiting on any advice.
