Since you have blood shot eyes after a bath...try Belladona 200c ..two doses in a day for 3 days.

It also brings down BP.

Post feed back after that.

I am experiencing a lot of twitching and fluttering in left hand thumb it remains for 2-3 minutes and goes away then again it comes after 15-20 minutes.

Recently I had been to Indore my native and was there for 10 days,It is dry climate unlike Bombay,I happened to consume tamerind chutney in moderate qty with molases as ingardiant,there after I got satisfactory bowl movements and
since then I am feelig much better mentally.But Nux.30 has not helped me so far can you suggest in light of this fact?My low bachache has also vanished and my sleep is better.I Noticed that you have not responded to my earlier post may be you had not logged in for longer spell,can you now throw some light on this?
