So what about bloating in the stomach - bloats all the time especially when I eat.
Does nat phos make you have lots of bowel movements? And is it safe to take as I've read it makes you lose a lot of water so will you not lose potassium?

Anyone - does it make you have lots of bowel movements if it cleans up the intestines. And if it makes you pass water does it not affect potassium levels.

I noticed that you have not read the link I gave in my last post which would have answered your questions. You are advised to read it ASAP.

I discovered that Nat Phos 6x reduces weight by about 1Kg per week over 6 years ago. I first released this information to the WWW in December 2004 the day before the Tsunami in Sri Lanka which resulted in the loss of over 50000 lives.
Nat Phos 6x seems to work by accelerating the passage of food from the stomach into the gut thereby ensuring that there is no build up of Gastric juice which often refluxes into the Esophagus and causes that acute burning feeling in the stomach which is sometimes mistaken for a heart attack.

NP does not increase your BM's.
It is absolutely safe in use and it does not increase your output of urine.
Many obese patients have confirmed that they have lost 1kg per week.
