Dear Nawaz,
yesterday I took my exam, I was OK. After Niel advised to take Stramonium, I took one dose, and felt better then the next day again I took one. Maybe this was not the best idea, I had a very bad half an hour with near-panic attack. Then when I felt bad with seating hands and heartbeat, I took Kali phosphoricum and I survived.
About my state: beside this exam-fear, I am still in an acceptable mood. Sometimes very irritable and arguing causeless and unfair. But I calm down easily, just I don't understand myself. I am not perfect yet, but much better.
I am much obliged that you follow my case and also to Niel who take care of me if he is busy.

Hello Nawaz,
My exam was normal, I got the best degree.
Kali phos is D6 cell salt. Niel told me to take it, he advised 12D, but this potency was not available, so I bought 6D.
I have Stramonium, Nux vomica, Aconitum, Ruta graveolens, Lachesis, Arsenicum album, Lycopodium at home. 30CH or lower potency in most cases from previous illnesses. Cell salts: Silicea, Kali phosphoricum, Ferrum phos, Calcarea fluor.
Till now my favourite was Nux Vomica, it helped me to sleep well and to relax. Also Aconitum was very efficient in panic. But since I have the contact with Niel, I haven't use any of them, just what he advised.

I am afraid, they don't sell mother tinctures in my country. Or at least, I couldn't find it. But there are other tinctures (mainly in 70% ethanol), if it is suitable.

The lowest potency which I found is D4, or C6. Or I found a complex remedy also, called Psy-Stabil (Acidum phosphoricum,
Agaricus, Anacardium,Avena sativa, Juglans regia,China,Ignatia, Piper methysticum, Sabadilla)
Otherwise, I have new symptoms. I am itching and dry, red patches appeared my skin. When itching I have the feeling that small needles prickle me. Not serious just strange, I think I never felt this before. It couldn't be from that serious amount of lactose from the cell salts? I am not allergic, as far as I know, just asking.
Sorry for too much explanation.

The new symptom is good. Now you must stop all remedies at once. Do you see any rash on the arm or anywhere on your body?

I am not sure what exactly rash mean, these are not like when for examle a child got rashes from a food. These are dry and red, rough surface, not too many. I have them on the left upper arm (but now they seem to disappeare), my left face on the mandibula. Also my back and my shin used to itch.
The very good news, today I got up with a very good feeling, with spring and joy in my heart! Very many thanks to You and Niel!

Hello Nawaz,
I also report about my state.
Yesterday, after soe days of constipation I spent quarter an hour on the toilet, I almost collapse from the forcing. My hemorrhoid came out very much and I was afraid, that it will trombotize. So I took one dose of Stram, but because I haven't got clear water, I used my stock solution 30CH. And a miracle happened, it has not trombotized! Before it was not like that, from the lowest forcing I had very bad days or weeks, could hardly walk or sit because of the pain.
I am in a very good mood, I am happy, enjoy to walk, look around in the world, I feel, that I am younger because it was years ago when I felt this.
The only thing what is still here is the strain in my face. It annoys me because it is abnormal. I have it alost always, it is worst in crowd or in mental exertion. I was thinking about that I can order Stram 200, should I for the next step?

I am back again. I think I got a dose from Argentum Nitricum. My an took his dose, but i didn't know it. I gave him a kiss and I felt the alcohol of the stock solution. I asked, if he took it, and he did. And now I feel myself very strange, dizzy, nausea, very bad! What sould I do? Take Stram? Or this will go away?

I am - lets say OK. I couldn't sleep very well, I got up early, active for some hours than I get tired, but don't want to take a nap. The strain in my facial muscles is permanent, sometimes worst sometimes better but always there. Still getting anxious about stupid little things. But for example when I talk with my mother, I could resist to be angry about her remarks. It is very good, before I always got involved in fights with her because of her ignorance and because she is unable to accept me as I am.
Now I feel that the road of the recovery will be very long. I continously fall back on a level, but the things what made my life very hard - had disappeared and this is a big step forward.

Basicly, I feel myself, as I wrote in my first post on 2011-03-06. No new symptoms, except that my eyes are red and sore because I could sleep very well in the last few days. And probably a bit more confused, like a haze on my brain, also because I am tired. Not that easily than before, but I can lose my temper if someone cannot understand what I am saying.
I will take Stram tonight and report soon.
