Cold Abscess in right cervical node with TB trace

Hi, Seeking help here for my wife.
CASE HISTORY:Around 3 weeks earlier we noticed a slight lump on right side of her neck. After some tests: FNAC, Ultrasound, it was diagnosed as affected with TB. Her Sputum test is clear, Chest x ray is also clear. We have a 9 months old baby too, whom she feeds some times.

She's having allopathic medicine, TB Kit, AKT-4 with Liv 52 since 3 weeks.

CONDITION NOW:Since 4 or 5 days she was feeling pain in her lump. After going through some forums we started with Calc carb 200.Now we notice that the lump has increased in size and pain is there too.
She feels pain while shes lying on her back and on right side, is little comfortable while lying on left side. Her Haemoglobin levels have been a little low all through so she takes some or other Iron medicine on and off.

Please help us here as i feel with Homeopathy, her heeling period can be shortened and can be less painfull without taking crocins..

Thanks,
Rajan Luthra

Would you please upload a picture of the lump?

Is there any discharge?

How much is the pain?
Please describe the type of pain?

Does your wife get colds frequently?

Besides Calc Carb, what homoeopathic remedies she has taken?

Please describe in detail her mental and physical symptoms?

Hi Nawaz,

There is no discharge. Pain occurs even when u touch the lump. Also while working, like if you bend to pick a heavy thing. The pain comes in waves from inside the throa to the skin, since there is lots of pressure in the throat due to pus in the right lymph node.

No, she has not had any cold, cough or fever since last 6 months. She has not lost or gained any weight. There is no sweating. Pain mostly occurs during evening and night time, and when she wakes up in the morning.

Please suggest..

Please find attached pictures of the lump below.

Besides Calc Carb, I found Mercurius Vivus by using this sites software. I've been giving it to her (Merc Viv 30) since 2 days and there was a considerable improvement in pain and we guess a little in swelling too. But yesterday pain again started, maybe cos our child hit her there.

Her physical and mental conditions have had no change since the outcome of this lump. She's always been a little week and pale. Mentally we both are little disturbed these days because of some personal emergencies.

Please do let me know if i need to answer something specific.

Regards,
Rajan Luthra

Please never self-prescribe as these remedies are very powerful with serious side effects.

Therefore, please stop all remedies.

You need to start on PHOS 200C, 4 pills/drops in 1/4 glass of mineral water nicely dissolved with a spoon, 3 doses in one day with a gap of 4 hours.

Please ONLY 3 doses in one day. NOT daily.

Report progress in 3 days.

Many prayers for your good health.

Nawaz

Hello Dr. Nawaz,

We had to get eh puss out of the swelling area, as our allopathic doctor said it's going to burst anytime, whereby it can create a permamnent opening for some months. He also said that it will fill in again.

Please suggest.

Thanks,
Rajan Luthra

So, did you take phos 200c dose yet?

nawazkhan last decade
Yes she took it the next day you suggested it. It swelled more after 2 days of taking it and we had to get the puss extracted, as it was paining a lot.

Hello Dr. Nawaz,

She's haning pain and the swelling is red now. After extraction of puss, swelling seems to be increasing again with reddishness on skin.
