Depression and anxiety

My 19 years old daughter has very low self esteem. She is naive and immature for her age. She feels depressed and getting eating disorder. she has problems organising herself. she is socially bit awkward and always had problems keeping friends. when she comes home from University she stays in her bedroom most of the time in her bed. She trusts people very quickly. we suspect she may have asperger. which remedy could she have?

Please ask her to do pranayam as well. i am glad to read your suggestion made at another thread.

I do tell her to do it but she doesn't always listen to me.

Can you please suggest a remedy for me as well. Lately I've been feeling very irritable and find it hard to be happy. I worry about my kids all the time and get very anxious and get headaches. I am very sensitive by nature but lately I feel over sensitive and this is effecting my relationship with my husband. If he says something negative I go really mad with him and accuses him that he is insensitive and mean. Nothing seems to excite me at the moment. Even though by nature I am a very positive person I've been feeling very negative lately about every thing and feel burdened with responsibility. I always feel that no matter how much good I do to people I don't get any credit for it. I feel like I've been used by every one and every one is mean and selfish and no one under stands me. I hold grudges against lot of people specially some relatives, my husband and even my own mother. I feel no one cares about my feelings and it makes me feel sad and I feel there is no one to share my feelings with.
I've rheumatoid arthritis for last 10 years and I take methotrexate for it. I do pranayam every day. I don't get any aches and pains but since I had arthritis my energy is very low and I get tired quickly.
After I got married we lived with my mother in law for 19 years and last year we moved into a different house. I really hated my mother in-law. She was very demanding and argumentative and always picked on me and argued with every one and always dis- respected my family.
I am gentle by nature and I can't bear injustice. I always go out of my way to help.

I am originally from India but live in Uk since I got married. All my side of family is in India. I feel very lonely some times and because we were living with my mother in-law I couldn't make many fiends.
I feel I've lost closeness with my family because of distance and feel they aren't bothered about me.
Living with my mum in-law knocked my confidence down as well. She made me feel worth less. No matter how much work I did she always made out I was lazy and she was better than me.
I like spicy and sour foods. I like warm weather and hate winters. I feel better in summer.
I feel guilty for not being able to do more work than I am doing. I wish I had more energy. I worry about my daughter a lot because she lives in London and is studying at University there. I worry that some thing might happen to her because of her independent nature and lack of maturity.
I have lot of anger against some people who I think have been unfair to me and used me when they needed me and not appreciating me. I find it hard to let go of grudges against people. I feel no matter how much good I do I don't get goodness in return and feel like being stabbed in back.
