polycystic ovarian syndrome
I have polycystic ovarian syndrome I know because my doctor told me. In my blood work my LH was high from 5 year about 19 something, which is I think not normal. Also, my blood work says, I have Mch and Mchv is low... I think this is for lack of folic acid. So my doctor advise me 500 mg metformin twice a day, but I am taking metformin 500 once a day, because I can't handle it.I want to know more about this.. And want to continue my process in hemopathy because it does not have side effects. And may I get better result.
Also I want to add that I am married I will try to conceive. I just try once but I got periods.
Also very important thing, I have missed period after each month. Means in whole year I got periods 5 to 6 times and for 3 to 4 days.
My weight is 103 pound and my height is 5.
Please help me with diet ..
My belly is about to showing off from now on. I want to also reduce my belly fat.

I believe that Bellis Perennis 30c in the Wet dose and Arnica 30c in the Wet dose both taken twice daily can help you with your present PCOS problem.
You will have to take it for a few months and report your response weekly.
The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:
Order the remedy in the Liquid pack in Alcohol, also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard at least 6 times before you sip a capfull of the bottle or a large teaspoonful which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this enhances the effect of the remedy on the user.

I want to ask one more think do I have to still continue metformin 500. With this homeopathy medicine or not?? Can we take both medicines together? Homeopathy and allopathy ?

Stop the Metformin and start on the therapy I have prescribed.
I live in Sri Lanka and cannot guide you on where you can get the remedies in NY. I understand that health food stores usually stock them.
