Frequent Throat infection after cold
Hi,I have this problem of running nose & sneezing in following situations:
1. Change in temperature, specially cold to hot
2. Humid atmosphere
3. Dust
I can also say if I am sweating, I will start sneezing. Also almost every morning I start the day with some sneezing.
Most of the time it gets fine as I move to my Air Conditioned room, car or Office.
If the cold/running nose persist for a day, then it takes 2-3 days to go away. Recently, what started to happen is, whenever I get some cold , morning sneezing and it persists for a day, I get throat infection for which I need to take anti-biotic for 5-7 days. It has happened 4 times in 3 months and I don't want to pop so many antibiotics.
Please suggest some homeopathic medicine for the same.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take Gelsemium 30 thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours for 3 days and see how it affects in the next 7 days.
One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.
Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
