Ok I am back on to this. As I seem to say alot now, just keep bumping your thread up to the top. Each case takes an hour or more to do, so you can get a bit lost.

Alright the remedy I want you to get is Carcinosin 200c.
INSTRUCTONS FOR SPLIT DOSING
Firstly, you need to create a separate dosing bottle. Get a bottle with a dropper, 15-30mls in size, and fill it with a mixture of water and alcohol (5 parts to 1 part). Dissolve 2-4 granules or 2-4 drops of the medicine you bought from the pharmacy into this mixture. Your doses will be made from this bottle.
Hit the bottle firmly against the palm of your hand, or another elastic surface like a book. It should be a firm hit not a tap. 2 hits is enough to begin with, and should not be increased unless it is clear that it is needed. The water in this bottle will 'remember' the number of times you have hit it, so that subsequent doses will be stronger (necessary to overcoming the resistance of your disease).
Place 1 drop into an amount of water - I may start with anything from 1/4-1 full cup (62ml-250ml) depending on the sensitivity of the patient. Stir thoroughly and take 1 teaspoon into the mouth. Throw the rest of the cup away.
This is one dose. Repeat doses would be started from the 2 hits on the bottle.
Each step of this process can be adjusted to reduced aggravation or to increase the effect of the medicine. In order to be able to do this, it is important to measure each step (count the hits, the drops, measure the water etc).

I will get that but is it possible that I can use water instead of water/alcohal mixture?
if not how should I ask the homeopathic pharmacy to gimme the specific alchohal that is used in homeopathic medicine. Becasue I myself will not do the purchasing but someone else So I really need to tell him exactly what is required!

No idea why they don't sell it here. Carcinosinum or Carcinosin are the two names it goes under.
If you do not use alcohol, the remedy will not last long, and using it for repeat doses becomes difficult. You need to keep using the same dosing bottle, so without alcohol you will have to keep making new bottles every few days, you will have to count the number of hits you have used, and you will need to hit the bottle that many times again before taking the repeat dose. It just creates more room for error.
If you do not use alcohol, the remedy will not last long, and using it for repeat doses becomes difficult. Are you still available on the forum? I know its a very old post but I have got my hands on the medicine you had prescribed. But now my dermatitus is recovering at the moment. I have found out that niacin (Vitamin B3) deficiency is the main cause of my dermatitus. And I started taking pills of flush free niacin (500mg) and my dermatitus/eczema is 95 percent is cleared.
But I think that your diagnoses about the carcinosin was correct. because I am having very bad time with my father. So I still want to use this. please advise? should i take this medicine as you have prescribed?

I do not prescribe on skin rashes, but on the general state of the person health. Therefore, unless your mental, emotional and general symptoms have changed, Carcionisin should still be indicated.

I took 15ml (water+alchohal). Added exactly 4 drops of carsinosin 200C. 2 hard taps to the bottle as you said. after that I put 1 drop of this solution in 1/4th cup of water, a took one teaspoon of it. Rest of the cup i have wasted.
So the next dose I will take tommorow? And for that I have to hard tap the bottle twice again? please advise?

brisbanehomeopath has prescribed a remedy here but I was watching all your written conversation and then I can say that according to totality of your symptoms ARS ALB 10M one dose in distilled water at morning empty stomach and then no food through mouth could result better in your case.

In this particular case if we watch carefully we would notice that the patient was supposed to wait for some more time after ARS ALB 30. In this case according to my experience I felt that this was an acute exacerbation of superficial layer of suppression with a deep rooted miasmatic relation. In my works I have noticed many a time that effectiveness of the vital forces in these kind of cases where it can effect even to the miasmatic level the more remedial value of a remedy is much effective in comparison to a lower dilution. Friends, with my patients I have noticed in 90% of my cases that many old suppressive layers of constitutions and related symptoms was reported to me after the first or second visits by the patients saying that many years ago they suffered alot with same symptoms those have recently emerged out that they had already forgot for many years. They report me that initially when the same happened to them they approached the conventional treatment of allopathy and according to my opinion they might have received only the suppressive treatment then. Just following the recent acute miasmatic picture of patients the superficial and deep rooted layers of miasmatic suppression can be more successfully dealt first then the miasmatic blockage and then the basic constitutional approach is to be made for a successful result of a case.
