yes, baryta carb + silicea, three times a day each. Yes u can take symph and these meds at the same time or different time. That is not an issue since they are not inimical. Onions wnt harm much if taken in cooked form, but avoid eating raw onions. If u have gastric problems, then avoid onions, otherwise its ok to take them in cooked form.

You should not take more than one remedy at once. This breaks one of the most basic rules of homoeopathy.
You should also not take remedies mechanically (x doses for x days) as this also breaks the Law of the Minimum dose. Dose size, and frequency, should be adjusted according to the responses of the patient.
Please do not start taking advice from other practitioners unless you are choosing to stop taking my advice. Having more than one practitioner will only cause confusion and may create interactions between treatments.
The guidelines in our Organon of Medicine are there for a reason.

Shall I take medicine against cough yet or not ? I am not very sure if it was caused by the remedy, but was surely aggravated at the time i took the remedy.

Remedies can act for several weeks after they are taken. We are now looking for some kind of improvement.

I am still in disbelief that one drop mixed in water, and 1 taken spoon could do this much (thirst etc)

Yes the tinyness of the dose is usually the hardest problem for patients in accepting homoeopathy.

Well I had a sore throat (kind of) few days before I even took the remedy. I am not sure if i was coughing, if I was, it was minor (didnt really notice it). But since taking the remedy I am coughing quite much, its dry cough mostly.
Maybe its a symptom that returned? I had dry cough often as a child? Maybe it just came after the sore throat and has no connection with the remedy at all?
I had to take medicine against cough twice, but then stopped since i remembered your words of not interfering with symptoms. So I am still coughing, three days later.
What do i do now?

So the cough seem to come after the remedy, and this cough is also an old symptom for you?
If that is the case, this could be an excellent indication. Return of old symptoms is usually very positive during homoeopathic treatment.
Try not to suppress it if you can help it. If we get stuck there (on the cough) either repeating the remedy will help, or this is an opportunity to find another remedy that would have helped you in the past had it been given to you. This is the best presentation of Direction of Cure, when we move backwards through old complaints.
How do you feel generally, emotionally, mentally?

Well as I told you I am not sure if both are linked, but dry cough came after the remedy, so MAYBE it is linked to it.

I have the same feeling, but a little bit lighter. Like I feel that now that Im under your supervision and have taken the remedy, my medical probs will be gone in a matter of a few months. So generally feel less stresfull about the problem. But I still hide my gyno, sweat (by wearing coats) as much as before.

Alright that could be the remedy making you feel better, or as you say it might just be confidence in me that is making you feel better.
There will almost certainly need to be multiple doses to get you well - it is all about time though. Just keep reporting to me and we will see.

Its been 4 days. I had some burning sensation on my private part too yesterday, don't know if it is due to the remedy. I had this more often when i was 11-13, but have it now once in a while too.
Thirst is remaining, and cough is there but lesser.
But I am not seeing any improvement in my gyno, sweat level or height at all.

I have also noticed a change in my sexual drive the past 3 days. I have had like 3 erections today alone, which hasn't happened in the past many weeks (I was even afraid that I was getting lesser and weaker erections, hence I asked you if masturbation was bad in some earlier posts).

There will be minor changes at first, and something like a change in the physical structure of the body will always be much slower to occur. The first things will usually be changes in mood and in functions of the body (things that are not actual structurally related). We are trying to assess with this dose how sensitive you are, and how powerful one dose is for you.
I am happy that the remedy is acting in a positive fashion though. We will start to look at dosage soon, so we can work out how to get the most out of this remedy. One dose will rarely do all the work when there is a physical pathology to be cured.
While changes are going on we need to be cautious about repeating though. Haste ruins good cases.

Okay, I will keep you updated. One big problem is that I don't know if am just having a cold or its the remedy bringing past symptoms back. (This because along with the cough, I got a running nose since yesterday).
Altough I have seen some minor changes, i have seen no change in mood.
What would point out that this is indeed a simmilimum for me? Or can we not know it till it has cured most of my diseases?

My parents forced me to take medicine yesterday since i was coughing and had a running nose big time, so I took it once. Running nose is gone but still some cough.
I feel that is blocked on coughing? But indeed, lets wait 2 more days?

I actually haven't told them about homeopathic medicine..
I stopped telling them about my personal things long ago, since i've been a child.
I had no choice, but haven't taken the medicine again.
How long will all this process take? If it is really my similimum, will it also cure my fear of heights?
