This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
main remedies for bursitis, better for cold applications are apis, ledum and pulsatilla.
Choose the one most indicated and take in a 6c, 12c or 30c. TAke remedy and only repeat if it has helped and if the healing effect has worn off, stop taking when better.

she is already taking Nux,Bell,Puls 3 times a month. which means Puls is not doing anything.

I heard its not safe to give Ledum or Apis during pregnancy!

bursitis is on both sides. painful to touch. when massaged with oil, becomes a bit better the next day.

Slip disk. cannot lie flat on the bed.

patient high tempered, methodical, very clean, aged 37.

in one book I have it does not mention that apis should not be used in pregnancy but it does say that REPITITION of dosage of apis in pregnancy in contraindicated, but no mention of anything like this for ledum. It surprises me for either of them as they are sold over the counter in shops with no warnings!
Where did this information come from - is it in a book you have or from the pharmacy?

actually this info is from some homeopaths that I talked to once when my wife was expecting.

I think Apis matches her condition. I did tell her to take one dose of Apis 30C and observe and watch. what do you say?

This should be fine. If you are very unsure because of the advice you have been given then you can dilute the remedy into water and rub it on the skin in the painful area, or find a homeopathic cream to buy which contains apis.
