yes it was the first and only remedy I went from 30c to 10m for my mental state and hemorrhoids and anal fissures by you. and eye splinter like pains are almost completely gone . just memory , joints , sleep talking n snooring , teeth (left jaw) pains due to broken teeth and lots if perspiration/sweating on head and face region are main issues, there is that much perspiration/sweating on head and face that my pillow got wet that much wet that it seems it is under tap even the bed under pillow got wet. The blocked nose , hair falling and graying, keloids, eye floaters are other issues

I am confused. I am not even clear what symptoms are there, and what symptoms are cured. This is getting really hard for me to analyze.
Please only mention symptoms which are REALLY bothering you since last 4 weeks or so.
This perspiration of head, when does it happen ? Does it happen during sleep ?

Yesh i perspire on head during sleep but also during day time but not as much as night.
My all symptoms are chronic but stomach is giving me problem as I am allergic to honey and since I ate it my stomach and intestines are inflammed/swelled and i feel heavy and fullness in stomach with some little nausea and even.little walk makes my.breath heavy due to stomach swelling and whole esophavus also feel swelled, some weird kind of pain and felling in stomach. As you know joints pains, teeth, memory, throat nose cattarah(raisha), keloids, eye floaters, hair falling and graying and all other issues are always with me. And now a day every night my hands and feet emits lot of heat mostly feet.

Hi Sameer,
Yesterday at night i feel a little bump/lump/boil under my tongue, that bothered me with little or no pain and today this under tongue bump/lump/boil has grown a little more i think it as mucucele or you can say ranula (a cyst under tongue). Please can you prescribe something for it as now i feel difficutly in speaking and fear of this growing more and more or becoming can-cer. The last thing it ate or drank at night is a sip of diet coke.

nit-ac did good things in managing stomach pain, regarding my all over condition i stopped all kind of remedies to judge how am i doing without remedies and i found that taking remedies for joints pain and mental issues did nothing much. My joints pain don't get worse if it does then i manage my diet more strictly and it will be fine as it is mostly gout which is managed by diet. I was fine during this gap period. was kinda busy renewing my homeopathic license and registration etc. When i don't think about my complaints they won't bother much. Now i am thinking about his boil it is getting worse and worse and also i am irritating it with my tongue 24/7. I shall also remind you that today is almost a year since my stomach got upset, my stool got too much smelly and i got lot of bad odor gas etc, my stomach get easily upset though in past i haven't ever a single complaint of stomach, also now fruits causing me diarrohea and abdominal pain.
I also judge and found that there are three remedies in my life that worked perfectly and totally, first was lyco 200 before joint pain, it brought my mental state back to life and totally never ever repeated since three years, second was sulphur during arthritic attack and third was Agaricus during stomach ailments. By these remedies work i mean totality.
I was managing myself totally with natural home remedies for example if got diarrhea from fruit then ate yogurt if got joint pain ate strawberry etc, if got cold then ate soup etc and managed well with all these.

the boil is burst then again collected into boil then again burst open and getting smaller and smaller, i myself also don't wanna try remedy for ailment like that's why i didn't email you again. I thought it will get better itself.
There are some flare ups of gout that bothers little but i am now trying to bear it.
Will let you know if won't heal within 10 days.

Please prescribe something you know my case very well.
a month ago i felt a large vein swollen in my left side of rectum, it was painful then after 3-4 days it became a hard tumor type lump without pain but after a week i got diarrhea due to excess of fiber intake after that i got very minor pain sometimes on and around that tumor and i did irritate it with my finger and due to irritation i may got small fissure on other side of anus, but now a week ago i got tenesmus(urge to pass stool and urine without actual stool) it bothered me a lot as this tenesmus type thing is very irritating, anyway then along with tenesmus i got back my painful hemorrhoids which were completely cured by your treatment in past 4 years ago and today i got back that past really painful hemorrhoid along on other side of anus with a tumor type thing. This past hemorrhoids pains a lot like a pain on open ulcer/wound/cut. Even slightest touch is unbearable. I don't have diarrhea now but have great tenesmus which have made my life very very miserable. Please prescribe something.
EDIT: I showed my anal area to my wife she told me that past one hemorrhoid is coming back rather there is an injury/ulcer and then i remembered that i yesterday itch my anus due to that may be i injured it. The other anal area which has tumor she told me its seems like purplish thing and then i asked is it like varicose vein she said yeah that's what it seems like.
But you have to prescribe something firstly for tenesmus in rectum.
