I would prefer you got Rattus rattus since the proving symptoms seem more like yours than Rattus-n. You can source it from

I agree though it is not as easy to get as the other one. Probably because Nancy Herrick's book made Rattus-n better known.
In the end, I am not sure if the two rats would be similar enough to help you regardless. They might, but sometimes the choice must be very exact.

so you saying to get rattus rattus not rattus nig. from provided link but two things first do i buy both and its also very expensive.

Rattus rattus . It is the Black Rat.
Rattus-n is the Norwegian rat. I have looked at both provings but I believe the sexual symptoms are more like those you have expressed in Rattus-r.
Well if you ever start practicing again, when you are well, you will have this remedy in your stock. That is how I always look at it.

But i don't see 200c on the provided link they only have 7 , 12 , 30 and 10m only, NOW what to do.
What you prefer pill and liquid.

Yes I can see that now. That is problematic. 30c is probably a good enough place to start, so we can assess your response and if necessary I can ask around the various sensation prescribers I know.
Considering you are also needing to pay postage for this, you could consider getting Ratt-n 200 - it might be close enough.
You gave me no source language to differentiate the two rats, so it might be Ratt-n you need.

*sigh* this is very difficult to work with.
I suppose if you have to get Ratt-n instead do that. It is certainly better than replacing it with another animal.

i think if i send it firstly to my relatives in london then they send it to me if possible then it would almost take a month or 40 days at least. So during these 40 days if something like severe attack of arthritis i.e gouty or other then i can take any thing else only if get extremely unbearable?

40 days is a very long time.
We will have to see if the symptoms call for something else when it happens. I cannot just keep replacing my remedy choices with other remedies - we will get so far away from my original idea that the chance of it working will be slight, and your sensitivity means we could make you worse.

Ok that is good news.
Order both remedies in 30c I think, and get Ratt-n in 200c. Get pillules but remember you need to make a separate dosing bottle for split dosing. If your finances allow it, you can order 10M Ratt-r too.
I am aware you are not in a good financial situation so see what you can do.

There is seriously something wrong here please read your replies and mine too again. In your previous reply you wrote order Rattus Rattus 10m and i wrote Rattus Rattus 10m and in your previous post your wrote get ratt-n 200c i also wrote ratt-n 200c but in recent reply you wrote get ratt-n in 200c instead of 10m i haven't wrote ratt-n 10m and neither you but now you are saying that. its about rattus rattus not ratt-n, you already mentioned to procure ratt-n 30c and 200c in previous reply. What about rattus rattus the main remedy you earlier mentioned you want me to procure it only 30c not further potency?

I got some problems on left side of my body like pain on penis but left side of penis, two night ago i slept and don't urinate though i have urge to urinate my penis got erected and i was sleeping on hard surface and i think i got my penis sprained or injured i don't know either its urinary tract infection or simple injury but the pain is very severe it pains like it has broken glass in it and even the touch of cloth makes it pain, the pain is like splinter or glass pieces in it, also like sore, And my left side of nose, left nostril have very soreness and seems injured, i think i may injured it during cutting my nose hairs with scissor and there is also little abscess type thing appeared i mean swelling, this pains feeling extremely sore and also feels like open wound or ulcer paining. I feel my whole body is acidic (sore? but acidic feeling is better definition). By acidic i mean when you drink pure vinegar it feels in throat and on teeth and mouth that kinda feeling in body. Left knee muscles have great pain and also in left knee joint. My urination is also sore and burning felt during urination.
The simillimum labs aren't replying or taking order from me and i don't know how many days it will take to arrive to me. I completely understand you point about real acute but don't you think this matter needs attention as penis pain makes me hard to walk. I need something to cure my left nostril ulcer + pains and penis pain either its injury or anything else. Please help me. My inner lips feel dry and also inner mouth near lips also feels dry and some ulcers appearing.

So this is an acute, an illness with no dependence on your chronic state? A set of new symptoms that are in no way similar to your normal symptoms in anyway? Presumably caused by an external cause of some sort?

yes what will u say to an injury to nose and hurting the penis with hard surface? The dryness on inner side of lips i.e mucus membrane isn't something i got previously in my life but its also due to my excessive use of tooth brush as i now don't want my teeth to be decayed so i brushed 3,4 times a day in past three day for 5,8 minutes with some real force or may be its due natural some kinda disease, i have also got very very painful abscess though i already have abscess all the time around genitalia and under arms which are big and usually don't mature and take weeks or months to go away but now a day got new kind of abscess which are on left knee joint and an abscess on the same nostril where i think i got injury . Every work i do, i do it at its peak or extreme. If you advice me to do some work for example even if you advice to wash my face twice daily i will do it extreme by rubbing it with soap too much so it must be perfect clean etc.

The pain is the same kind of pain you have expressed before. It is not an acute, it is a continuation of your chronic state. Despite your desperation it will only harm you to try and treat it palliatively.
My differentials are all going to be just as hard for you to get. Lac-leo and Panthera-tigris were my next two choices.

hmm, it seems hard to get again anyway if you say to wait until i get remedy then i will wait what ever the situation it is. But i only have one question in past, even successful practitioners practiced in some specific remedies almost 300-500 and there success rate was great, the question is can any person a has more than one simillimums ??? why there were successful even with same remedies for huge number of patients?
