Baby teething problems

I've a 8 month old baby girl. She is teething and have lots of trouble with it. She is refusing to drink milk. Eating is ok. She got her lower 2 tooth last month and had trouble drinking even at that time.

I could not figure out which tooth it is eventhough I checked her with my fingure.I'm giving her pulsatilla but that is not doing any good for her teething problem.
She is crancky. Please help. I posted another forum with all her details "Baby's cold and congestion" , but did not get any reply for that. Please somebody help.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
It could be inflammatory changes in teh gums due to teething.
MERCURIUS SOLUBILIS 30C three times a day for three days would be helpful.

DRVenugopal,
Thanks for the reply. Last week she had running nose. I started pulsatilla on her following the remedy tool. she did not respond for 2 doses (3 bolls of 30C), I gave her NuxVom 30C that night and she slept ok. I gave her Pulsatilla for 4 more days when ever I felt her nose is running. Her nose is better now. Did I do any harm to her in doing that. Now, she is teething and I feel like Pulsatilla did not work. please read my other forum "Baby's cold and congestion". Mercurius solubilis shows sweating as one of the symptoms. My daughter does not sweat much and not thirsty. She does not have fever but her head and body are hot, especially the back of her head. She cut down on her milk to nearly half. Pl let me know if I should go ahead with Mecurius solubilis.

Thanks

Inflammatory changes in the gums are best treated in children with Mercurius and I am sure it will help her too.

I've ordered Mercurius Solubilius. I've Mercurius vivus with me. Is this different from Mercurius Solubilius? Can I use Mercurius Vivus instead? Thanks for helping me.

Thanks for your reply.
I got Mercurius Solubilis today and gave just one dose of it 2 tablets. I felt that
she was doing ok since past 2 days. Now, the baby seems to be ok. She makes little fuss in the beginning of every feeding. I'll use this remedy for the next time.
