I'm 23 years old
Weight 51 kgs
Height 5 feet 7.5 inches
I'm medically absolutely healthy,I do not smoke,I don't have anemia.
My case is that I grew up in the middle east & was very well satisfied with my weight as my diet was very good. I moved to Pakistan 5 years ago & since then on I have had weight issues,I dropped down to 40 kgs without any disease or anemia etc.I have regained some weight by drinking protein shakes & exercises but the moment I come under stress e.g exams (I'm a medical student) & as my weight is already on the edge 50kgs,I drop down immediately to 45 & all my hardwork goes down the drain. Even 50 kgs is not right for my height.I took 'periactin (cyproheptidine)' for a few months & it helped me gain the right weight,it increased my appetitite a lot but it is not available in my country plus it made me very sleepy & I slept many times through university lectures.
I'm struggling to find a cure to increase my appetite,I know I do not eat enough. I drink enough water. Please suggest me homeopath medicines that can help me increase appetite so I can eat more. I'm sick of being underweight only because I cannot stuff more food! Thank you!

Maximize protien rich food, preferably from non-meat source.
Asafoetida 6 and Hamamelis 30 alternately improves appetite and weight, but let us get there after addressing some general stuff (in a month).
For general instruction, please read my profile.
