cold sore under nose in the middle

I have got a typical cold which lead me to have a small group of cold sores under the nose in the middle. Last time this happened after a cold they left very red skin permanently, so a form of scarring. Is there anything I can do to stop having the change of skin colour?

I used to have these quite often but this is only the second time it is NOT on the lips.

Anything else I should tell to get advice?

Hi and thanks, it took about a week to clear. I took sulphur 4 times instead of just 3. The scabs have fallen and the skin is almost normal colour, it is still sensitive, and red after wash. Thanks so much.

If there is no improvement on it's own in next 7 days, please take a single dose of Sulphur 30.
