choosing wrong remedy

Ive got tiredness and hot flushes, and took sepia 30, had no results, but now think the right remedy is lachesis, as i keep notes and this remedy has helped me before. ive read lachesis is inimical to sepia, so how long do i have to wait before i can take lachesis.

winningdee,

There should always be a gap between remedies. Why don't you
give more information about yourself, Age, when this started,
your food likes and dislikes, weather and so on? see one of the
forms on a nawazkahn post for the right idea.

Send an email to revav6 At gmail - tell her you are on here
and browser link, She can give you good direction on doses
and potency and how long to continue. You may have the
right remedy but you had wrong potency. reva is a woman homeopath
in usa from India.

No one can treat themselves really accurately- Get some help
on here.

Best,
