Pilonidal Abscess

I recently went through a surgery for an inflammation caused by pilonidal cyst in my very lower back area. I have not even recovered fully that now I have developed another one a little further lower on my right hip area, which is again full of pus. The doctor has recommended another surgery but does not guarantee that it will not appear again. So am much worried as I have already missed my work for more than two months and not ready to miss further. Need a homeopathic medicine to treat the cause so that it cures and does not appear again.

I have acne issues on my face where I also develop big pimples those go away when the pus gets removed after some days.
3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?
Stresses for going through the pain again and missing my work.

I am a happy person normally, but this is making me stressed and concerned. As I went through a lot of pain, and my work demands long sitting hours.

Not really, it just started in the recent few months.

Whenever I sit for long.

I feel good all the time, normally :)

I am not sure about. I think no.

Normal, normally head/underarms.

recently, I find it hard to pass stool, due to the pain I am going through. So it is harder too.

I sleep good normally, and on sides most of the time. But my wife tells that I also shiver with a jerk randomly while sleeping, which I am unaware of.

Yes.

some painkiller drops after the previous surgery, dont remember the name now. I felt little dizzy and nauseous after taking those.

I went to the pharmacy here ad they said that the medicines will be available on Monday. Besides that, one of them said they have these:
1) STAPHISAGRIA 200c only in the form of Globuli
2) Berberis 30c only in the form of Globuli.
It would be great if you can kindly guide me which one to buy.

Sorry Dr. Nawaz for sending you third message in a row. But now I am getting very stressed, since I am having some temperature now around 39C, and feeling little dizzy at times. The area around the mouth of the abscess is very dark, with almost no discharge now and even more of the area is now harder underneath the soft skin at top. Please advice asap, I am getting very concerned for the infection to spread.

I got able to find STPHISAGRIA 200c in liquid form from one of the pharmacies. However, they gave me Berberis d12 (also liquid), without vulgaris. Will this work?

I talked to many other pharmacies and providers but none of them here in Germany recognizes Berberis Vulgaris with 1X or 3X or 6X. The maximum available here on pharmacies is D30 and online is C30. They say that there is not any stronger available. I tried via the providers mentioned on your website but they dont ship to Germany. Kindly help me out with this. Can I take a higher dose of those available to me?

I have already started to take STAPHYSAGRIA 200c as the prescribed dose.
But the problem remains with the Berberis Vulgaris. Even if I ask for BVQ, they still need some number after Q. I tried searching online and could find this:

The discharge from the wound in the form of yellowish water mixed with blood, is still minimal, around few drops a day but the hard area underneath the skin looks reduced in size. The swelling is almost gone.
