prolonged cold in my child

Dear Homeopaths

My daughter (4 yrs) is having cold for more than 3 weeks. Though it seems to reduce, it doesn't go totally. She recovered from severe symptoms of cold and cough with Puls 200 for around 5 days. After that, i feel as if there is no effect of the medicine. Now, she has thick yellowish phelgm that comes out only in the morning after sleep, dry cough few times, only when sleeping. When I touch her back while sleeping I could hear a string like cold sound from the chest and nose blocked and breathes with sound during sleep. I don't know how to terminate this cold completely. I wish to give hepar sulph (200) - 1 dose. Can I do that? Could u pl prescribe me the right potency and medicine?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
You can give
1. Hepar Sulph-200 one dose of 6 pills per day
2. Nux Vomica-200 one dose of 6 pills per day

Pl give this treatment for one week and then give feedback
