Sore thort,fever,severe cold

i never had throught problem before few days ago i felt like dry throutht and then i got cold runing nose for two days after taking some medecine now i have cough and green mucus and still stuffy nose and some fever after i caugh off some mucus cough get better or after i drink tea some salt in it .please gime me some to feel better.one thing I want to add in the morning I get green mucus and all day I get white mucus with caugh .
