my mother's teeth paining due to hole in the teeth

my brother's has problem of teeth sensitivity due to chill water pain start as soon as chill water go inside the mouth plz help for both of him

Have you taken both of them to the dentist?
Your mother needs the hole fixed bc nerves
are being hurt- this is a physical problem.

Your brother needs a cavity filled or something-
bc some decay is getting near a nerve in
the tooth and that is why the cold water is
bothering him.
