5 year old Bed wetting and other

Dr Kadva ,
Could u please take a look.

My 5 year old girl is having betwetting issues.
She used to be dry but lately if we don't wake her up and take her, she wets at night.

Cannot eat spicy food.
Loves sweet food
Grinding teeth t night
Writing slowly
Black circles under eye
Coughs a lot too. Last year around this time she coughed(dry) for more than a month
Complexion changed from being fair to wheatish with no change outside

My daughter is very smart kid. She is a real chatter box. She is 5yr old and can read complicated books really well.
She understands things really well and quickly.
But when it comes to writing it gets a little slow and we have to keep telling her again and again to finish it.
If I put hard fast rules, she finishes it but will take her own sweet time when left alone.
Teacher tells me that she understands things very well (eg carry over addition, etc) but when we ask her to do things, she fidgets here and there.
Teacher tells me that she needs to concentrate and focus well. At the beginning of the school year, teachers tell me she is a smart kid(topper)
based on her verbal capacity and her understanding capability.
By the middle of the year, they say, she is good but her writing is slow.
Not that it is a concern now, but want to make sure it doesn't happen in the future.

She hears anything and she can remember it very well. Very social.
She has bedwetting problem.

She gets scared of violence in a movie or even in cartoon film.

She is kinda bossy at home and sometimes with her friends too.
We pay more attention to our son who still doesn't talk at home. She is one of the twins.
She is not happy most of the time(atleast at home).
Crying and nagging for everything. Crying because she doesn't like a dress or doesn't want to eat food, etc.
Very sensitive to others comments.

She has red pimple like blisters on her bum
Few months ago she was complaining of vaginal itch bad irritation

She keeps anticipating what will happen and is v.anxious of certain things
