ca. bladder

a 43 yrs male, had diagnosed ca. bladder on (4/1/11) ct abdomen shows malignant lesions , thickenng 11 to 13 mm with few nodules noted in left lateral and postero inferior margins. and started homoeopathy medicine .
i had given to conium 30 ---tid continue and repet ct abdomen shows 25/1/11, focal wall thickeningwith mild exhancement noted involving left lateral wall of urinary bladder with wall thicking of 5.2 mm and aterioryly 10*7mm and postereo superior wall left laterally 6 * 5 mm so continou conium 30 --tid.
follow up: 4/10/11 usg abdomen shows tiny gb polyp with two small mass in bladder with enlarged prostate.
clinicaly pt prested with burnling pain in sole.
and continue conium 30
follow up usg show(26/3/12): normal report and stopped medicine.

now he came in burnilng sole with abdominal pain and advise usg abdomen sohow small malignantlesion presetn.
and i give again conium 30 tid
so suggest may i right medicine prescribed and suggest which medicine help to cure ca bladder.
