This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
day 1 and day 2

Please take three doses of Lycopodium 200 as follows..

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

day 3 to day 15

Please take Rhus Tox 200 in the evening on alternate days.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Please report after 15 days.

Thanks Mr Kadwa,

I would like to know one more thing, its written in this forum that any post should not be taken as medical treatment and diagnosis, so would like to know if your suggested medicine is ok ?

Just asking cause i want to leave no loop holes.

Best regards,

Nitish

The remedy is not dangerous in the sense that it won't harm vital organs like steroids may harm. Similarly it won't have toxicity issues. There are many schools of homeopathy and no homeopath agrees with what the other says. This is a general disclaimer and won't mean that dangerous things are being done here. We just write a prescription, the responsibility rests with the person who takes advice.

I have gone through an MRI and my neuro surgeon diagnosed that I am suffering from l4-l5 pivid and he also told me that it is non curable through medicine, want to know if this is possible in homeopathy ?

A quick reply is appreciated.

Hi Nitesh,

Trying to understand your last post. Are you saying that L 4 and L 5
are what? herniated?

If so, when you said you 'slipped a disc' at the start of this thread,
How did that happen? Was it injury or accident? Or doing sports?

The remedies for these things have a lot to do with the cause
of them. They are also finding that when this happens, many
times tiny, blood vessels start to go on in the disc, and then
Usually the disc is a closed area, but due to the herniation etc the
micro blood vessels start. Then these blood vessels are carrying
a bacteria, specifically a bacteria for acne that lives in an oxygen
free places in our body but does not harm. However, this bacteria
gets in thru the tiny blood vessels and that is why antibiotics work
on this.

You may have to get opinions from homeopaths on this and I do
know that if the cause was injury that it can be cured with homeopathy.

Dear Simone,

I was told that I had slip disc year ago(diagnosed by orthopedic with a X ray) which I mentioned in the starting thread, the latest report from my MRI showed that I have l4-l5 pvid which I am told is the instability in the joints of spine. The pain in my spine started when I started lifting some heavy objects during in my work place, the pain started then only.

Hope the situation is clear, please ask if you need to know anything else.

Thanks,

Nitish

Have you taken the remedies as advised?

kadwa last decade
yes, i took homeopathic medicine advised by homeopathy doctor(Nehru homeopathic research centre) I gave me medicine and advised to get an MRI done, so after MRI, I went to a neurosurgeon and concluded l4-l5 pvid to me.

He also said no weight lifting and no weight gain, and some medicine for 20 days.

Thanks

Okay. Please take your own decision. No one will give you any 'guarantee'.

So homeopathy doesn't cure my problem ?

There are only opportunities in health science. There are no guarantees.

Please, now please don't try to correct your father's condition solely on homeopathy. While there is no doubt that homeopathy could work for him but the result would be slow and not very lasting. If degenerative changes in the lumber spine and reduced disc spaces between L5-S1 are being seen then you must get alerted since this is not something that homeopathy can handle even if it reduces the pain for sometime. Surgery would be the best option even if it has its own complications. I think spine surgery make people fearful precisely because of the high risk involved but if you go to some really good hospital like Nova Orthopedic Hospital then you can greatly decrease your chances of complications. But do not neglect surgery. I do understand you might be worried about your father's age but a good spine surgery would be his best option. All the best!

People I know who 'fixed' this ( no surgery) - meaning they are not in pain,
can do most any activity were using every method available.

The most important was to get up every morning and do
special stretching exercises. They got physical therapy type massage
every other week, acupressure, shiatsu, etc. They did acupuncture and
chiropractic off and on along with homeopathy and yoga. They were very
active in sports activities before this went on and had similar MRI
to you.

You have to make an all out effort if you do not want surgery.
But even with surgery it would be wise to do a monthly therapeutic
massage.
