Dr.Maheeru please help
Sir,i am suffering from Back pain.I am a homeopathic sensitive person.I used arnica 30 it showed me good results. But on repeating 2nd dose it caused me aggrevation.(Intense pain in right side of head)So i decided to use arnica in olfaction.
I melted on globule of arnica 30 in 2 dram alcohol and one sniff as one dose 7 days back.It showed me good results. So i decided to continue in this method(olfaction).
But i am confused about the repetetion of the dose.
Please guide me the time gap between the doses and all other issues relating to the olfaction.
I can not found any information regarding olfaction on internet.
Could you please suggest me websites and books and your experience on olfaction,so that i can follow them.
plese help me.

Time gap is not a big deal. In sensitive patients, olfaction doses work intensely while they work less intensely in less-sensitive patients. Just observe, then you will find that action of the previous dose is lessening to a minimum or stops altogether, then it's the right time to repeat another dose.

To give you a few pointers from my experience:
For practical convenience, i suggest patients to prepare a medicinal solution in 120 to 250ml of mineral water. If need be medicinal alcohol can be added. Then they can take a sniff as a dose. To progressively vary the dose, i ask them to succuss(shake the bottle up and down vigorously between 2 to 8 times depending upon sensitivity) just before taking subsequent sniff doses.
Many patients usually get better in sensitivity such that they are able to take oral doses thereafter. So sniff doses can not only treat the problem but also the sensitivity.
